Returns & Exchanges
As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know for a refund.
The terms outlined here apply only to purchases made through our online shop. Online purchases cannot be returned to store locations.
Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of its receipt for any refund application.
Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear, leggings, socks, or altered merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact. No refunds will be made on goods inspected and found to be worn, altered or damaged.
We do not accept any refund application regarding of customer preference in product color and size issue.
We do accept the following situations for refund:
- Defective items
- Extreme discrepancy between the product and photo (details and lists of difference are required)
- Mismatched delivery
The return does not reach the threshold of full discounts and gifts at that time. Discounts and gifts must also be returned together with returned goods.
If the refund application success, we will arrange courier to collect the item.
Merchandise ordered through the online shop cannot be exchanged.
Changes and Cancellations
Due to the streamlined nature of our online shopping experience, requests to Customer Service to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible, and must be made before an order ships.
